Enjoy the restorative benefits of a retreat but in a single day without having to leave Chicago. Ground into the space with guided meditation and activating breathwork. We then alternate between the sauna and cold plunge while connecting with new friends.

In Bed By Ten: Alcohol-free queer dance party that ends at 9:30PM

In Bed By Ten is an alcohol-free queer dance party designed for intentional connection. Through dance, conscious conversations, and self expression, our mission is to be a space where community is cultivated and queer joy is amplified.

You can expect photoshoots, an open NA bar, and some of the best DJ’s in Chicago. Come alive on the dance floor, and be home before 10.

Calm Collective: Guided meditation and breathwork to live, improvised instrumentals followed by group conversations.
Calm Collective is a place to breathe and immerse yourself into the rhythm of a live improvised instrumental soundscape- one with regulated, slow moments and others that will be a bit more challenging and activating. This is paired with breathwork, visualizations, poetry, and meditation inspired by the season and calling in new ways of thinking.

Open House: A night of crafting, BYOBoard games, pizza, meditation, music, mocktails, and community building.

Open House is a blending of creative flow, delicious food and drink, and good music to lead you through a night of meeting new friends. We open with a group meditation to bring some intentionality to the space. Craft, play games, or just hang out- Open House is all about bringing true “third space” energy to the community.

Feast: A seasonal ceremony with a three course chef-curated menu, a harpist, fashion-risk theme, and an open mocktail bar.
Feast is an alcohol-free immersive experience of dining with strangers where the theme is “Fashion Risk.” Come dressed in that outfit you’ve been saving for the “perfect occasion”- this is its moment. Hosted in the 10,000 sq ft renovated factory that is Parker Karlov, this is a truly immersive event.
